Laura Zambelli
Florida Registered Paralegal
Laura Zambelli attended Seton Hall University, where she received her B.S. in Business Administration magna cum laude. After several years in claims litigation in the insurance industry, she relocated in 1997 from New Jersey to Naples, where she received her paralegal certificate from the University of Florida.
She is a Florida Registered Paralegal. Laura handles the administrative aspects of the office and assists the attorneys in drafting legal documents, scheduling court appearances, meetings, and facilitating communication with clients. She is an avid football and Everblades hockey fan and a supporter of animal rescue efforts.
Amy Juarez
Office Administrator
Amy Juarez is a legal assistant at the Firm and provides support to the paralegals and attorneys with day-to-day tasks, as well as handling general office and clerical duties. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Originally from the Golden State, Amy has lived in Florida since 2001. In 2013, she graduated with honors from Hodges University where she received her A.S. in Criminal Justice. When she isn’t working, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.


Falynne Miller
Florida Registered Paralegal
Falynne Miller, a native of Tennessee, was raised in Naples where she earned her Associate of Arts degree, with honors, in 2010. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal. Falynne’s background in travel assistance and the hospitality industry honed her administrative and customer service skills while her interest in the law motivated her to join the Firm in 2009.
Falynne provides legal assistant support for each of the Firm’s attorneys and her responsibilities include scheduling court appearances and client meetings, facilitating client communication, and assisting with the drafting of legal documents. In her free time, Falynne enjoys creative writing and has authored numerous short stories and plays.
Kerri Hart
Legal Assistant
Kerri Hart attended Kellogg Community College, where she received her A.S. in Paralegal Studies, and then attended Siena Heights University and earned her B.A. in Public Administration. She has an extensive claims background in the insurance industry. Kerri moved from Michigan to Clearwater in 2001, where she earned her B.A. in Theological Studies from Beacon University. She moved to Naples in 2012, where she worked as a Judicial Assistant for the 20th Judicial Circuit.
She provides legal support for the paralegals and attorneys with scheduling court appearances, meetings, and facilitating communication with clients. Kerri enjoys going to the beach and traveling internationally for mission trips.


Daija Hinojosa
Legal Assistant
Daija Hinojosa is a legal assistant at the Firm and provides support to the paralegals and attorneys with day-to-day tasks, as well as handling general office and clerical duties.
Originally from Washington State. Daija has lived in Florida since 2012. Her professional background is in Business Management and helping college students with work-based leadership development. In her free time, Daija is engaged in political activism, enjoys helping people market their start-up businesses and spending time at the beach with her husband.
Susan Copeland
Paralegal
Susan has an AA in Business Administration. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Susan relocated to Naples, Florida where she began working for the State Attorney’s Office of the 20th Judicial Circuit working in the Misdemeanor Division. Having an avid interest in the law, Susan began her career as a legal assistant and has worked her way up to paralegal. Susan has worked for law firms in Naples and has specialized in civil litigation, although she also has experience in Condominium and HOA law and Immigration law.
Susan provides paralegal support to the Firm’s attorneys and her responsibilities include drafting legal documents, scheduling court appearances and meetings and communication with clients. When not at work, Susan enjoys time with her husband, two dogs and a cat traveling in their RV vacationing, visiting family or attending motorcycle rallies.


Madison Wonson
Law Clerk
Madison Wonson attended Pensacola Christian College where she received her B.S. in Accounting summa cum laude. She is now a second-year law student at Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, VA.
Outside of the classroom, she stays busy being Liberty’s Law Review Business Manager, Moot Court Board Internal Tournament Coordinator, and President of the Liberty Law Wellness Society. When she isn’t working or studying, she enjoys playing the piano and drawing.
