Ernest A. Ricci, a shareholder with the Firm, is an AV-Preeminent Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating an attorney can receive for their professional ethics and legal ability by their peers and the judiciary. Ernest represents businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation related matters, which include business litigation, construction defect and lien litigation, real estate litigation, general contract litigation, and trust and estate litigation. Ernest also serves as general counsel for various Homeowners Associations and Condo Associations throughout Southwest Florida.

Ernest was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where his family has owned and operated an Italian Sausage Company (“Ricci’s Italian Sausage”) since 1945. From a young age, he was taught how to treat others with respect and the importance of having a hard work ethic, two principles that have been constant throughout Ernest’s practice of law. Ernest earned a Bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College where he was a four-year athlete participating in football. He continued his studies at Ave Maria School of law where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2012. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2012, and he has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2014.

Ernest resides in Naples with his wife Judy and their two children, Ernie and Bella.  In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, running, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and trying the many wonderful restaurants located in Naples.

I am forever indebted to Ernest Ricci for his drive and determination to help my family in a lawsuit that was tearing us apart financially and emotionally. He recognized this distress and made the final push to counsel, persist and finish a trying time for all of us. He was able to listen and “talk us off the ledge”, make recommendations and follow through to the finish line of a three-year ordeal.
