With more than a decade of experience, his practice focuses on commercial litigation and estate and trust litigation, including business and contract disputes, construction defect and lien matters, real estate disputes, and contested trust and probate proceedings. Ernest litigates throughout Florida and has appeared pro hac vice in courts across the country. He also manages multijurisdictional litigation for clients nationwide, coordinating strategy and counsel teams across state lines for complex disputes. Ernest has handled high-value matters for clients in Florida and beyond, bringing a disciplined, business-minded approach to protecting client interests when the stakes are significant.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ernest grew up in a family that has owned and operated Ricci’s Italian Sausage Company since 1945, where he learned the values of respect and hard work. He earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College, where he was a four-year football letterman, and received his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2012. Ernest is admitted to practice in Florida (2012) and Pennsylvania (2014).

Ernest lives in Naples with his wife, Judy, and their children, Ernie and Bella. Outside the office, he enjoys tennis and running, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, and exploring Naples’ vibrant dining scene with his family.
