Melissa Boatman Linebaugh, J.D., grew up in Central Florida and remained there until she attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2008. While in law school, Ms. Linebaugh was an Honors Contract Law Scholar and a published member of the Law Review.
