Daniel A. Orangio brings a broad civil litigation background to Boatman Ricci, having represented clients in construction defect disputes, motor vehicle negligence cases, personal injury matters, contract disputes, and trust and estate litigation. Daniel approaches every matter with careful preparation and a genuine investment in his clients’ outcomes, tailoring his strategy to each client’s particular circumstances and goals.

Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, graduating summa cum laude in 2022. He went on to attend Ave Maria School of Law, where he served on Law Review and was an active member of the Environmental Law Society. Daniel graduated early, completing his legal studies in December 2024, and was admitted to The Florida Bar in April 2025.

For Daniel, the practice of law is deeply personal, as is his relationship with God. His faith, devotion, and commitment to serving others shape how he approaches each case and client relationship. He believes trust, grounded in truth, is the foundation of effective representation. To Daniel, perspective, honesty, and competence are inseparable: clients are best served by an attorney who is both skilled and candid, even when the truth may be difficult to hear.  He consistently tries to approach the practice of law with the principles of grace, dignity, and respect.

Outside the office, Daniel is a devoted husband and father who cherishes time spent with his wife and their two children. He enjoys fostering his son’s passion in theatre and his daughter’s with her singing.  Both children are disciplined students of Taekwondo. He considers himself a “movie buff” and cigar enthusiast.
